My name is Sophie van Gangelen. I am third-year bachelor student International Business with a specialization in supply chain management. This summer I decided to become an active member of SCOPE|3MA and join the Maastricht Consultancy Day Committee.

As treasurer of the Maastricht Consultancy Day 2012, I would like to personally welcome you to one of the most prestigious events of SCOPE|3MA. My name is Michelle Oosthof and I am a second year International Business student at Maastricht University.
This summer I decided to become an active member of Scope|3MA since I was looking for a challenge beside my studies and after one year of studying I wanted to bring the theory that I have learned into practice. I hope that both the students as well as the companies will enjoy this year’s edition of the MCD and will afterwards look back at it with great satisfaction. Welcome to the Maastricht Consultancy Day 2012! My name is Pascale Monique Hertkens and I am a Master student of International Business. Looking for a challenging and exciting position at the end of my studies I decided to join SCOPE|3MA´s MCD committee. I will be the operation managers for the day and responsible for a successful and smoothly running event.
Before and during my studies I completed several internships and know how important it is to bring the studied theories into real-life context. Therefore it is especially exiting to bring students and companies together and offer them the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange information. I am looking forward to working with you at the MCD 2012 and ensure that your expectations of the event will be met.
My name is Kathrin Schiessel and I am enrolled in the Master of International Business. Working on projects in an international and motivated setting is one of my passions and thus, I decided to join SCOPE|3MA as the President of the MCD 2012.
I do not only want to further enhance my own experience, but I also dedicated myself to give students the opportunity to match their passion with their future career. Moreover, I am eager to show to the outside world the great talents of Maastricht University and looking forward to meeting you at the MCD 2012!
My name is Eugen Wollfarth and I am currently following the IB Master in Finance. I have been involved in 3MA for quite some time, so when the opportunity came up to join the organization team as External Affairs Germany, I didn’t hesitate. In this position, I am responsible for convincing German consultancies of the particular skills and talents of SBE students in order to bring both sides together.
Prior to starting my master, I had the opportunity to intern at a consultancy thanks to having attended last year’s event. I sincerely hope that other students can take advantage of this unique career event, which is why I am very much looking forward to a successful MCD this November!

Welcome to our website for the Maastricht Consultancy Day 2012. I am responsible for Public Relations in our committee. I decided to become an active member of SCOPE|3MA this summer because I think that SCOPE|3MA gives students and companies a great opportunity to get to know each other.
During my internship this summer I realized how important it is to build a network and gain some experiences in the business environment. I am confident that our committee was able to make this a great event. I am looking forward to a great day and do not hesitate to ask us any questions. We cannot wait to get in touch with you!
SCOPE | 3MA
SCOPE | 3MA is a study association for students of the School of Business and Economics (SBE) of
Maastricht University. One of our main goals is to bring students and their future employers closer
together.
SCOPE |3MA brings theory into practice and stimulates students to develop themselves by organizing
several professional activities. SCOPE | 3MA has a close connection with the Department of
Marketing and Supply Chain Management and the Department of Organizations and Strategy of SBE
of Maastricht University. Thanks to the good relationship between 3MA and the SBE, an event of high
quality is guaranteed.
The Board and its active members organize several academic and career events throughout the year.
These professional events are a perfect opportunity for students to show their talent to potential
future employers and to experience more of the practical side of their studies. Next to that, 3MA
publishes the 3Magazine two times a year. The magazine informs students and companies about
interesting topics concerning the business world.
